Our Story
A legacy of hospitality, evolution, and family values
1979
Dorothy Loeffler, the matriarch of the family, started a small program of holiday homes in the north of Mallorca, mostly simple beachside apartments, unpretentious yet full of character.
1985
Yolanda officially joins the family business, under the name of Viajes Siller, bringing structure and soul to every rental.
2000
Yolanda consolidated Rentals Pollensa, forming a dedicated team focused on villa management and expanding the property portfolio. This marked the transition from a small family initiative to a professional, trusted local agency.
2021
Following the pandemic, Yolanda restructured the business, Rentals Pollensa, into a more focused and manageable model, yet preserved the soul and essence that have always defined it.
2024
Aina, Yolanda’s daughter, became part of the business, introducing a fresh perspective, new technologies, and forward-thinking projects.
