The villa is located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Pollença, within a private, gated estate comprising several properties belonging to the same owner and accessed through a security barrier. It offers a quiet, family-friendly setting, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds while enjoying greater privacy and peace of mind.

The charming centre of Pollença, with its shops, cafés and restaurants, is just a 3-minute drive away. The beaches are approximately 15 minutes away by car.

Due to the villa’s rural location, a car is recommended for greater convenience.
