The villa offers a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright living room with a large, comfortable sofa, dining area, and satellite TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. To the left, a fully equipped family kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite meals. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a beautiful outdoor porch with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast with the Mallorcan breeze.

The villa is decorated with authentic Mallorcan furniture, designed to immerse you in the essence of the island from the very first moment.

The house features four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, three full bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by spacious, well-maintained Mediterranean gardens, perfect for relaxing or enjoying family time, such as playing with children. The private saltwater pool (7.5 x 5 meters) is ideal for cooling off on warm summer days. Please note that the pool is cold water and cannot be heated; however, the saltwater is gentler on the skin and more environmentally friendly, providing a more natural and pleasant experience.

The villa also features a barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious outdoor meals while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. All areas of the property are exclusively available for guests' use, offering complete privacy and comfort during your stay.

Since this is a villa with a garden and pool, it’s possible that during your stay you may encounter the person responsible for their maintenance. We will always notify you in advance of the day the work will take place, ensuring your rest and privacy are never disturbed.

For your convenience, you will find an envelope in the house for the tourist tax, which should be paid in cash during your stay.
